MODO DE PREPARO<br />
Tempere o frango com sal e pimenta e refogue-o no óleo<br />

Ponha o shoyu, o molho de tomate e a farinha de trigo dissolvida em 50 ml de água, mexa bem<br />

Tampar o recipiente e levar ao micro-ondas por 12 minutos na potência alta<br />
Abrir o refratário e acrescentar a farinha de trigo dissolvida em 1/2 copo de água<br />
